About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contact clients via phone and other communication channels to sign them up for a trial lesson
- Provide information about products/services
- Answer client questions and concerns and resolve them effectively
- Ensure clients are enrolled, re-enrolled, and confirmed for trial lessons
- Support clients throughout the process of enrolling in the school
- Work with an international digital skills platform for children aged 7 to 17
Requirements
What you’ll need- You can work full-time (hours are very flexible, but you must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays)
- You have a Windows or Mac computer/laptop and a stable internet connection
- You are fluent in Polish or have a professional level of communication with clients
- Knowledge of CRM systems will be an additional advantage
- Own computer with stable internet connection, camera and microphone
- English level B2 and below or C1/C2 options are presented in the application
