About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the project lead in managing, delivering, and evaluating live communications projects
  • Independently take ownership of sub-projects and gradually develop toward overall project responsibility
  • Coordinate internal and external project stakeholders and maintain close communication with clients
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and project workflows
  • Support process optimization and contribute ideas to enhance quality
  • Work closely with creative, production, and external partners
  • Actively expand your network and develop into a key point of contact within the project team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience of up to approximately two years in live communications, ideally B2B, or in hospitality or a comparable service-oriented environment
  • Completed vocational training or degree in communications, events, or marketing, or vocational training in hospitality or tourism
  • Structured, self-directed working style and strong organizational skills
  • Highly motivated to take on responsibility and continue developing professionally
  • Confident and personable manner when interacting with clients and partners
  • Excellent German and good written and spoken English skills
  • Initial knowledge of the Berlin market is a plus, or an interest in building a professional network there
  • Willingness to travel approximately 5–10%, primarily within the DACH region
