About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end client engagements for global enterprise clients, from discovery and sheet modeling through security and OfficeConnect setups
Use Workday Core Reporting, including Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, and EIBs, to pipeline data into Adaptive models
Conduct interactive client sessions, assess business needs, and recommend future-proof FP&A architectures
Review deliverables and mentor consultants
Shape Kognitiv’s Workday Adaptive Planning practice through best-practice guidance

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Adaptive Planning (implementations, AMS support, or internal client-side leadership)
Deep Adaptive expertise in at least two core areas: Sheet/Structure Modeling, OfficeConnect/Reporting, Adaptive Security, or Native/Power of One Integrations
Solid grasp of Workday custom reports and how core financial/HCM data feeds into Adaptive
Comfortable running multiple concurrent client projects, phase X rollouts, and complex post-production initiatives independently
Must have work authorization in the country of application that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
Candidates currently employed by a Kognitiv client or affiliated Kognitiv business may not be eligible for consideration
