About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own a portfolio of Workday Extend clients, ensuring strategic oversight and consistent delivery excellence
Develop, mentor, and empower a distributed team of Consultants and Architects
Partner with Integrations and Product leadership to shape and mature the Extend offering
Oversee project budgets, timelines, risks, and client communication
Lead escalation management and strengthen long-term client relationships
Guide pre-sales strategy and proposal development
Drive improvements in methodology, tools, processes, and delivery standards
Represent the Extend team in leadership forums and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
Demonstrate ownership by connecting day-to-day work to broader business, practice, and ecosystem goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior-level consulting experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrations and their associated ecosystems
Proven experience managing and developing remote or distributed consulting teams
Excellent written and verbal stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to connect day-to-day work to broader business goals and advance strategic outcomes
Proven track record of client success and practice growth
Ability to meet travel requirements of up to 5% annually
