About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a dedicated growth pod focused on converting registered users into active customers or building product-led acquisition channels
  • Own growth KPIs tied to user acquisition or activation and their impact on revenue and unit economics
  • Design, ship, and iterate on growth initiatives weekly
  • Maintain an experiment backlog with hypotheses and success criteria
  • Use quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and CAC/LTV economics to prioritize investments
  • Lead a cross-functional pod with engineering, design, data, and marketing
  • Diagnose and reduce friction across funnels, onboarding, and growth channels
  • Design and scale product-led growth loops
  • Collaborate with the other growth pod across the full user journey
  • Present growth strategy, experiment results, and roadmap decisions to executive audiences during quarterly strategy reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of product management experience
  • At least 2 years focused on growth, activation, acquisition, or product-led growth at a consumer or fintech company
  • Demonstrated track record of moving growth metrics, with specific measurable results
  • Ability to write SQL when needed
  • Ability to design experiments with statistical rigor
  • Ability to make decisions based on CAC/LTV modeling
  • Experience leading cross-functional pods or squads involving engineering, design, marketing, and data
  • Strong strategic communication and business-case writing skills
  • Active daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Nice-to-have: Canadian fintech or regulated financial services experience
  • Nice-to-have: product analytics, martech, and BI tools familiarity
  • Nice-to-have: A/B testing platforms such as Eppo or Optimizely
  • Nice-to-have: behavioural economics, incentive design, or conversion optimization background
  • Nice-to-have: fintech onboarding and KYC optimization experience
  • Nice-to-have: product-led acquisition at scale experience
