About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Further relationships with existing clients
Prospect new clients and build relationships with prospective clients
Troubleshoot with clients to develop solutions
Support proposal and estimating efforts, including schedules and estimates
Set up meetings between client decision-makers and company practice leaders
Maintain CRM data including leads, opportunities, contacts, companies, and competitors
Attend industry events to expand network and promote Kokosing
Participate in key industry groups at local, state, and national levels
Excel in a collaborative, team environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 10 years’ experience in MEP maintenance, construction, or fabrication
High School Education or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft software including Word and Outlook
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering is a plus, but not required
Ability to develop solutions using technical understanding of construction and fabrication
Experience using CRM to manage contacts and leads
Ability to support proposal and estimating efforts
Willingness to attend industry events and participate in industry groups
