About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the evolution of Kolecto’s payment rail, a strategic, technical, and cross-functional area
  • Own collaborator management, including roles, permissions, onboarding, multi-profile consistency, and compliance
  • Frame complex problems and structure needs
  • Formulate hypotheses and define MVPs
  • Prioritize initiatives based on their value and impact
  • Collaborate daily in a triforce with Product Management, Design, and Tech teams
  • Work on business logic, workflows, scalability, and reliability
  • Contribute to operational excellence through documentation, KPI tracking, and clear communication with stakeholders
  • Participate in role-related interviews, case studies, and discussions with teams as part of the recruitment process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Product Management
  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS, ideally working on complex topics such as workflows, permissions, user management, compliance, and transactions
  • High degree of rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to structure clear roadmaps
  • Technical aptitude: understanding of technical constraints, flows, and integrations, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
  • Ability to work on areas with limited UI focus, including business logic, process consistency, and system robustness
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Engineering and engage internal stakeholders
  • Experience in payments, compliance, or sensitive data management is a plus
  • Experience in a scale-up or an environment with many interdependencies is a plus
  • Knowledge of the challenges faced by very small and small-to-medium-sized businesses (VSBs/SMBs) is a plus
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide a criminal record extract (Bulletin No. 3)
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide a valid residence permit, where applicable
  • Professional good-standing check for successful candidates
