Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with members of the Parts Organization to complete data requests
Develop metrics-tracking tools and fulfill reporting requirements
Design data visualizations
Support data pipeline creation by specifying technical requirements for dashboards and reporting systems
Implement relevant artificial intelligence tools
Create customized reports for specific Parts Organization reporting needs
Analyze tables to establish data knowledge for accurate information retrieval
Optimize and improve reporting-process performance
Optimize slow-moving data sources to improve reporting response times
Conduct data validation procedures to ensure consistency and reliability
Collaborate with Parts Organization units to ensure accurate data generation and departmental alignment
Develop and update dashboards displaying key performance metrics
Develop one-time and ongoing data applications to improve end-user knowledge
Recommend and develop improvements for better data performance, visibility, and understanding
Deliver timely results with clear definitions to users

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor degree or higher in systems related discipline
1-3 years of experience in a systems-related job, including database development, data extraction, programming, or similar
Analytical and problem-solving ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve problems
Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Palantir, Visual Basic, SAP Business Objects, and SAP Business Warehouse
Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, and Project
Ability to work well with diverse users and knowledge bases
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to manage multiple projects and evaluate/prioritize work
Regular attendance
Ability to perform the stated physical requirements, including standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting/carrying/moving 1–10 pounds, keyboard and equipment use, and visual acuity
