About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to customers clearly and accurately
  • Create and manage assistance service deployments following customers’ insurance claims reported during inbound calls
  • Monitor deployments with service providers and customers until cases are resolved, through outbound calls and back-office activities
  • Prepare estimates
  • Forward information to the appropriate departments quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure a smooth, high-quality service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong interpersonal skills; no specific degree or experience required
  • Practical, results-oriented approach and strong sense of efficiency
  • Motivation and willingness to learn a useful and accessible profession
  • Availability from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
