Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and expand current AI agents (KI Forensics)
Build new Risk and Collections agents capable of publishing structured, evidence-backed findings
Implement parallel processing
Optimize LLM operational costs through caching, batching, and model routing
Ensure reliable daily processing with retries and error handling
Maintain rigorous evaluation frameworks and prompt versioning
Build strict OIDC/Okta access controls for external collection agencies
Limit data visibility to assigned cases and maintain per-user audit trails
Work with the Risk Data Science team to methodologically validate AI findings
Integrate feedback from external agencies

What you’ll need

Technical mastery of Claude (Anthropic) and advanced Prompt Engineering
Proven experience building applications with LLMs and writing evaluations (evals)
3+ years of experience deploying Python in production
Advanced SQL skills
Experience implementing authentication and authorization in web applications (OIDC / Okta or similar)
Solid understanding of Git
Experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI)
AWS knowledge at a developer level
Experience handling sensitive data and secrets
Desirable: Background in Credit/Collections
Desirable: Experience with MySQL/Athena
Desirable: Familiarity with the Claude Agent SDK
