About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams
Perform installation, deinstallation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on medical equipment
Conduct technical site surveys for field equipment installations
Provide training and usage guidance on equipment to customers and partners
Provide on-site technical service, with availability for frequent travel
Document service activities through service orders and technical reports
Update service systems and databases, ensuring data quality
Perform administrative duties related to the role, including managing and reconciling travel expenses
Provide technical support to the internal team on escalated cases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed technical program in Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
Category B driver’s license
Knowledge of medical diagnostic imaging equipment (X-ray, mammography, CR, and DR)
Knowledge of software and operating systems
Knowledge of circuit analysis and electrical diagrams
Knowledge of radiology or physics fundamentals
Previous experience in clinical engineering, biomedical equipment maintenance, or customer service
Knowledge of operating systems, driver installation, video configuration, and BIOS
NR-10 certification
Radiation Protection course/certification
Availability for frequent travel
