About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams
  • Perform installations, deinstallations, and preventive and corrective maintenance on medical equipment
  • Conduct technical site inspections for field equipment installations
  • Deliver equipment-use training and guidance to customers and partners
  • Provide on-site technical service, with availability for frequent travel
  • Document service calls through work orders and technical reports
  • Update service systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and quality
  • Perform administrative duties related to the role, including travel expense tracking and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed technical diploma in Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • Class B driver's license
  • Knowledge of medical diagnostic imaging equipment (X-ray, mammography, CR, DR, and DRY)
  • Knowledge of software and operating systems
  • Knowledge of circuit analysis and electrical diagrams
  • Knowledge of radiology or physics fundamentals
  • Previous experience in clinical engineering, biomedical equipment maintenance, or customer service
  • NR-10 certification and Radiation Protection training
