About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan hospital deployments end-to-end by creating site plans, milestones, dependencies, and checklists
Lead daily and weekly standups with contractors, facilities/biomed, and hospital IT
Unblock tasks and drive on-site decisions
Coordinate site surveys, placement, cabling/low-voltage work, mounting, labeling, inventory, EHS compliance, and access/permits
Pre-stage devices and execute commissioning and functional tests
Document results and manage punch lists through closure
Surface risks and manage change orders within the statement of work
Produce as-builts and acceptance criteria/results
Hand over completed deployments to Support and CSM teams
Run the 30–60–90 day stabilization checklist
Coordinate third-party installers and OEMs against SLAs
Track actual costs versus plan to protect professional services margin

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years managing field deployments or customer implementations (IoT/RTLS, or enterprise software)
Healthcare delivery environment experience (facilities, biomed, infection control, EHS)
Strong contractor/vendor coordination and multi-site scheduling experience
RTLS/BLE/IoT deployments, device commissioning, and RMA/inventory processes
Solid project tooling: Zendesk, Wrike
Excellent written/verbal communication; clean checklists, acceptance docs, and status notes
Ability to travel frequently to hospital sites
Reading floor plans and creating as-builts (Visio/CAD/Bluebeam) preferred as a nice-to-have
Certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2, OSHA-10/30, BICSI, or Prosci (or similar) listed as nice-to-haves
