About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join discovery and pitches as the operator in the room
- Diagnose ambulatory workflows, quantify the opportunity, and shape proposals
- Lead engagements on throughput, space utilization, patient wait times, and scheduling and access workflows
- Pitch the full ambulatory portfolio, including emerging AI and agentic capabilities
- Speak credibly to unconventional uses of the ambulatory portfolio
- Go on-site after deployment to test, shadow, and document workflows
- Turn workflow observations into customer-specific documentation
- Own dedicated consulting engagements and their committed outcomes
- Present outcomes and recommendations in customer business reviews
- Identify expansion opportunities
- Bring the customer's perspective to Product
- Report to the Head of Advisory
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in ambulatory operations, such as clinic or practice management, infusion or ambulatory surgery operations, scheduling and patient access leadership, or operational analytics
- Fluency with access and throughput metrics
- Comfort presenting access and throughput metrics to executives
- Credibility as a peer to a VP of Ambulatory Operations, a COO, or clinic medical leadership
- Comfort with technology and curiosity about AI, RTLS, and EHR-integrated workflows
- No engineering background is required
