About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex development projects in the field of embedded systems for industrial, medical, and security applications
- Take responsibility for project planning and control with regard to timelines, costs, resources, and quality
- Provide technical advice to customers and coordinate requirements and project objectives
- Serve as the central interface between Development, Production, CAD, and other specialist departments
- Coordinate and manage external development partners throughout the entire project lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university degree) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics
- Experience in low-level programming and/or embedded development is an advantage
- Knowledge of project management
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, combined with decisiveness
- Sound technical understanding and a strong commitment to quality
- Good command of English
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
