About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality HR reports while ensuring compliance with regulatory and data protection requirements
- Integrate and connect various data sources to ensure consistent data quality for complex reporting requirements
- Automate and standardize routine reporting
- Develop, maintain and optimize staff planning and forecasting
- Prepare monthly closing activities and HR-related accrual calculations
- Manage HCM authorizations, particularly the assignment of authorization roles
- Analyze reporting results and derive recommendations for HR management
- Work closely with Global HR, IT, Finance, Compliance and Legal stakeholders
- Continuously improve and optimize processes according to defined standards and guidelines
- Participate in HR-related projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in HR controlling or related roles
- Excellent knowledge of SAP HCM
- Knowledge of SAP BW and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Several years’ experience in workforce planning and forecasting
- Basic knowledge of SAP HCM authorization management is desirable
- Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong grasp of numbers, particularly at the interface between operational HR work and data-driven models
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and appropriately to the target audience
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
- Highly motivated to learn and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Excellent Excel skills
