About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the HOD in controlling and monitoring revenue realization for projects against budget and forecast
- Establish practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to mature organizational capabilities
- Collaborate across departments and regions to support product delivery demands
- Lead creation and execution of project plans, including staffing, resource management, and budgeting
- Interface with clients and staff, manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Interact with C-level management at Körber Pharma Software and customer organizations
- Support hiring and train others in the area of expertise
- Manage national and international regulated-industry projects through the full project life cycle
- Identify, report, and manage risks
- Develop subject-matter expertise, skills, and processes
- Execute project-related control tasks with the control team
- Advise customers on project management and implementation of business requirements
- Lead, build, and motivate project teams to meet goals and milestones
- Procure resources to achieve project objectives within planned timeframes
- Monitor and analyze team workload to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Support sales in identifying upselling and new-project opportunities
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree in a science or computer science; MBA or Master of Science preferred
- Knowledge of MES / ERP systems general architecture and broad understanding of business functions
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred certifications and experience aligned with area of expertise, such as PMP certification
- Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills
- Experience leading, motivating, and managing project and program teams, including internal and external resources
- Experience holding teams accountable for performance
- Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors
- Communication skills with technical and non-technical staff
- Ability to influence and gain buy-in from executive sponsors, team members, stakeholders, and peers
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Interpersonal skills to influence change and enhance performance in cross-functional environments
- Decisiveness in resolving problems, making decisions, and prioritizing
