Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven senior execution carrying complex, cross-functional work to accountable outcomes
  • Experience working effectively without formal authority over most involved people
  • Hands-on experience building products, systems, or automation
  • Ability to challenge engineering or operations estimates on their merits
  • Hardware and manufacturing fluency
  • Comfort with factory-floor and supply-chain operations
  • Understanding of making and shipping physical products
  • Meaningful, hands-on use of modern AI tools and agentic workflows
  • Ideally, experience building AI-enabled tools that others relied on
  • Ability to command a room of senior people and drive action
  • Business acumen and comfort with a P&L and financial statements
