About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage activities within the assigned sales territory
  • Understand and respond to the needs and requirements of existing customers
  • Expand and further develop the sales territory through new customer acquisition
  • Focus on customers in the bakery and confectionery, café, delicatessen, food retail, and food service sectors
  • Develop future-oriented retail design concepts together with architects and planners
  • Take current market trends and challenges into account
  • Stay informed about new-build and refurbishment projects as well as site development activities within the sales territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A strong natural sales instinct and a proven track record of sales success
  • Ideally, experience with technical and/or high-value capital goods, retail construction, woodworking, interior fit-outs, or similar fields
  • Professional demeanour and the ability to negotiate with decision-makers on an equal footing
  • Strong execution skills and an affinity for an industry with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
  • Cover letter, CV, and relevant certificates
  • Indication of the earliest possible start date and salary expectations
