About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the customer experience from start to finish, providing excellent service in line with Kovi’s tone of voice
  • Understand the business model, ensuring that all information provided to customers is consistent with the applicable processes and contracts
  • Understand and use basic sales techniques, such as open-ended questions, rapport building, and objection handling
  • Take responsibility for all documents and signatures required from customers
  • Understand the core product—the car—and stay up to date on specifications and models
  • Correctly use customer assignment through the CRM or in-person queue numbers

  • Sales-related courses are a plus
  • Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or systems
