About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the customer experience from start to finish, providing excellent service in line with Kovi’s tone of voice
- Understand the business model and ensure that all information provided to customers is consistent with company processes and contracts
- Understand and apply basic sales techniques, such as open-ended questions, rapport building, and objection handling
- Manage all required customer documentation and signatures
- Understand the primary product—the car—and stay up to date on vehicle specifications and models
- Correctly use the customer service distribution system, whether through the CRM or in-person queue numbers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Courses or training related to Sales are a plus
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy to understand customer needs
