About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the customer experience from start to finish, providing excellent service in line with Kovi’s tone of voice
- Understand the business model and ensure that all information provided to customers is consistent with applicable processes and contracts
- Understand and use basic sales techniques, such as open-ended questions, rapport building, and overcoming objections
- Be responsible for all required customer documents and signatures
- Understand the primary product—the car—and stay up to date on specifications and models
- Properly use the customer-service distribution system, whether through the CRM or in-person ticketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing higher education
- Sales-related courses are a plus
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred
- Google Workspace
- Knowledge of CRM tools and systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
