About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the customer experience from start to finish, providing excellent service in line with Kovi’s tone of voice
- Provide customer service nationwide, in person in Santos and online for other locations
- Understand the business model and ensure that all information provided to customers is aligned with the applicable processes and contracts
- Learn and apply basic sales techniques, such as open-ended questions, rapport building, and objection handling
- Be responsible for all customer documents and required signatures
- Know the main product—the car—and stay up to date on specifications and models
- Use the customer service allocation system correctly, whether through the CRM or in-person queue numbers
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Sales-related courses are a plus
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy to understand customer needs
- Proactive approach
