About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be responsible for the customer service experience from start to finish, providing excellent service aligned with Kovi’s tone of voice
  • Understand the business model, ensuring that all information provided to customers complies with processes and contracts
  • Understand and apply basic sales techniques, such as open-ended questions, rapport building, and objection handling
  • Be responsible for all documents and signatures required from customers
  • Understand the main product—the car—and stay up to date on vehicle specifications and models
  • Correctly use the customer service distribution system, whether through the CRM or in-person queue numbers

  • Sales-related courses are a plus
  • Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service is preferred
