About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect, assess, and approve mechanical, electrical, bodywork, and auto paint repair shops.
- Conduct document validation and compliance checks, ensuring suppliers meet legal and contractual requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms for labor, parts, and payment schedules.
- Monitor performance indicators for accredited repair shops, including SLAs, average repair time, and quality.
- Prepare cost reports and analyses, recommending improvements in efficiency and expense reduction.
- Support internal teams (Expansion, Legal, Claims Assessment, and Compliance) in contract management and formalization.
- Contribute to process standardization and the expansion of the service provider network.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience in supplier management, automotive maintenance, or service procurement.
- Knowledge of fleet management and maintenance processes.
- Strong negotiation, KPI analysis, and third-party management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
