About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive invoices for sold vehicles
- Issue sales forms
- Issue payment slips for sold vehicles
- Reconcile payments for sold vehicles with rental companies
- Update the Pipify vehicle decommissioning process
- Monitor incoming payments
- Monitor sales and payment slip cancellations
- Request duplicate copies of ATPV documents from rental companies
- Support operational routines related to the sales management of pre-owned vehicles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Elementary education or currently pursuing or completed higher education in Business Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, or a related field
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Previous experience in logistics operations, fleet management, or administrative processes is a plus
- Strong interpersonal communication, organizational, and proactive skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple simultaneous demands
