About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technology and consulting services, including technology operational model design and implementation, enterprise architecture, technology procurement, technology service design and strategic planning
- Lead internal and external project workstreams involving large ERP system implementations
- Lead work streams and project teams across engagements
- Contribute to service delivery, proposal writing, business development, knowledge management and methodology design
- Support assessment and design of IT operating models and strategies
- Provide project services for large transformation programmes, including requirements definition, project management support and change management capability
- Assist clients through supplier selection, procurement and contract signature
- Manage multiple projects at pace with high attention to detail
- Build KPMG’s reputation through quality work, expertise, judgement and innovative approaches
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 4 years experience in Technology Consulting from Tier 1 consultancies (preferred)
- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Demonstrable track record of building lasting client relationships, winning new business and developing existing business
- Excellent oral and written communication, planning, project management, relationship building, networking and influencing skills
- Positive and flexible attitude and enthusiasm to embrace new challenges and growth opportunities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage internal and external stakeholders, build relationships, integrate services and collaborate across consulting teams
- Experience coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work confidently with Māori communities, frameworks and concepts, including Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Kaupapa Māori methodologies (desired)
