About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee delivery of high-profile Brand team projects
- Coordinate the day-to-day flow of design work
- Manage incoming design requests through the Design Team inbox
- Assign requests based on priorities, deadlines and team capacity
- Maintain project information, deadlines and status updates in Monday.com
- Monitor workload and flag competing priorities with the Design Team Lead
- Schedule design briefings, team meetings and project-related meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with printers, photographers and other suppliers
- Maintain organised design folders, resources and project documentation
- Support stakeholders in using research and insights tools
- Provide occasional administrative assistance across the wider Brand team
- Improve processes and ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Around 3 years’ experience in an administration or coordination role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Confident communication and ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Comfortable managing inboxes, workflow tools, shared folders and multiple systems or processes
- Proactive process improvement mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and methodical approach
- Customer-focused and team-oriented
- Comfortable working independently within a collaborative team
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to communicate clearly, professionally and appropriately for different audiences
