Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in KR Wolfe’s Virtual Hiring Event for technician opportunities
Attend a brief overview of KR Wolfe, technician opportunities, travel expectations, and current openings
Complete an individual interview with the HR team
Potentially interview with a Hiring Manager during the same event
Perform installation and integration work
Install structured cabling and low-voltage systems
Perform renovation and commercial construction work, including framing, drywall, patching, finishing, demolition, or general construction
Install and integrate equipment
Read drawings, plans, and installation diagrams
Travel 100% to project locations and stay onsite from 2–3 days up to 2–3 weeks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Relevant experience in CAT5e/CAT6, fiber, coax, or structured cabling
Experience with low-voltage, telecommunications, or AV installation
Experience with equipment installation and integration
Experience with commercial construction or renovation
Experience with framing, drywall, patching, finishing, demolition, or general construction
Ability to read drawings, plans, or installation diagrams
Experience working in healthcare, commercial, or active jobsite environments
Ability to travel to project locations as needed
A valid driver's license and ability to meet company travel and driving requirements may be required depending on the position
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with basic hand tools and power tools, including screwdrivers, drills, hammers, levels, and tape measures
Experience in one or more of: Commercial Construction, AV Installation and Integration, Low-Voltage Cabling, Equipment Installation, Electrical, Plumbing, Framing, Welding, Carpentry
Technical certifications/licenses, if applicable
Experience pulling or terminating CAT5/CAT6
100% travel availability, with jobsite stays ranging from 2–3 days up to 2–3 weeks
Legally authorized to work in the US
Must answer whether future employment visa sponsorship will be required
