About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Extract, clean and validate data from databases and other sources
Analyze data to find trends, issues and opportunities
Build reports, dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders
Write SQL queries to support analysis and reporting
Check data quality and document data definitions
Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
Support ad hoc data requests
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
2+ years of data analysis experience
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Proficient with Excel and at least one reporting tool such as Power BI, Tableau or BusinessObjects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Ability to use common office equipment including computers, phones, scanners and printers
