About the role

- Progress through a direct pathway to video remote interpretation (VRI)

Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–12+ months in remote medical interpretation
- C1 English level, demonstrated through EF SET 4-Skill, TOEFL, or CAE
- ALTA (9+) or LanguageStat/PICSI (75%–80%+) certification preferred, issued within the last 12 months
- Mastery of medical and customer service terminology
- HIPAA and FWA certified, or willing to obtain certification
- Clean background check
- Hardwired Ethernet connection; no Wi-Fi
- USB noise-canceling headset
- Windows 10+ computer with minimum 4GB RAM
- Private, quiet workspace
- English-Spanish language proficiency
- Candidates must be based in Latin America
