Requirements
What you’ll need- Verifiable previous experience in remote OPI/VRI interpretation is strictly required
- Proven background in remote English-Spanish OPI/VRI interpretation
- Strong command of medical terminology
- Knowledge of patient privacy standards and HIPAA
- Native-level fluency in English and Spanish
- Exceptional active listening
- Ethernet cable connected directly to the router; Wi-Fi is not permitted
- Client-approved USB headset required; Bluetooth, mono, and built-in microphones are prohibited
- Approved headset models include Logitech H390, Jabra GN, Jabra Evolve, Microsoft LifeChat LX-6000, Plantronics Blackwire C3220, Dell Plantronics, and HP Stereo USB Headset G2
- Intel i5 processor, 6th Gen or newer
- 720p or 1080p webcam
- Updated Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox browser
