About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Craft infrastructure migration strategies, principles, and high-level and low-level design documents for public cloud
Create AWS Landing Zones following the AWS CAF perspective
Conduct FinOps assessments
Design and deploy cloud-based disaster recovery solutions
Design and implement hybrid cloud setups, networking, and security
Evaluate and recommend infrastructure solutions to support seamless migration of business services
Ensure appropriate IT practices and measures are in place

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Build projects, Cloud migration/Transformation, and Active Directory migration
Ability to understand business requirements and transform them into robust and efficient solutions at optimized efforts and within budgeted costs
Minimum 6+ years of experience with IaC, automation, and DevOps tools (Terraform, Ansible)
Hands-on experience in shell scripting
Good experience in hybrid cloud setup and network integrations
Good experience in hybrid cloud setup, networking, and security
Good experience integrating SaaS offerings, especially in infrastructure, IAM, and Azure AD
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with VMware Infrastructure 4.x/5.x/6.x
Experience with VMware Licensing, Hyper-V 2008R2/2012R2, System Center Virtual Machine Manager, and Microsoft Licensing
Knowledge of AWS cloud services for network, security, computing, storage, and disaster recovery
Experience with migration tools and data replication tools
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows 2008/2008R2/2012/2012R2 and licensing
Active Directory Services
Failover Clustering Services
Technical knowledge of AD, LDAP, NTP, and SMTP services with upgrading and migration
