About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather business requirements through interviews and workshops with Business SMEs/users
- Convert requirements into User Requirements Specifications (URS) with scenarios
- Maintain URS in ADO
- Review URS with SMEs/users and obtain sign-off
- Review and approve Functional Design Specifications
- Review test plans and test scripts with the Testing team and lead consultants
- Participate actively in and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Bridge communication between business and IT/Build Team
- Align requirements and solutions with organizational strategy and broader business goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- JDE Finance Business Analyst experience
- Gather business requirements through interviews and workshops with Business SMEs/users
- Convert business requirements into User Requirements Specifications (URS) with scenarios
- Maintain URS in ADO
- Review URS documents with SMEs/users and obtain sign-off
- Review and approve Functional Design Specifications based on signed URS
- Review test plans and test scripts with the Testing team and lead consultants
- Act as a bridge between business and IT/Build Team
- Ensure clear communication and shared understanding of project objectives and constraints
- Align requirements and solutions with organizational strategy
- English language required
- Polish language is an additional preference
- Candidates must be able to work onsite and commute to Warsaw or relocate to Poland
