About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case strategy
  • Review medical records, claims documents, and other case materials
  • Assist with preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial, including handling some of these tasks
  • Communicate with clients, attorneys, and members of the litigation team

  • Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
