About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of new customer projects after contract signing
Conduct kick-off meetings and plan workflows, milestones, and timelines with customers
Serve as the central point of contact for HR leaders, executive management, works councils, and IT
Keep all stakeholders reliably informed
Work closely with platform experts and hand over objectives and timelines
Monitor progress, blockers, and risks across multiple projects
Obtain approvals and manage change requests
Ensure customer data and decisions are provided on time
Use PM tools and AI assistants to manage parallel projects
Support customers after project completion through regular check-ins
Monitor usage and satisfaction and support action planning in Kultify
Identify customer needs and share insights with Sales
Bring customer feedback and requests to the team and product development
Help shape the use of AI tools and the internal PM co-pilot

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ideally, several years of project management experience involving multiple parallel customer projects, for example in SaaS onboarding, Customer Success, or an agency environment
Friendly and dependable manner
Ensure that agreements are honored by both sides
Ability to delegate deliverables and trust colleagues responsible for implementation
Anticipate customer needs beyond the current project
Document work so that others can take over at any time
Willingness and interest in working with AI and trying new approaches
Very good command of German
Experience with HR topics, employee surveys, or HR software is a plus, but not required
Experience working with works councils is a plus, but not required
