About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Visit franchise units, adapting the approach to ensure the correct application of the Kumon Method and the development of both the franchisee and the unit
- Coordinate and deliver presentations at regional and general meetings with franchisees
- Provide support at meetings with students’ parents
- Coordinate and deliver specialized training for franchisees
- Provide consulting services based on the profile and needs of each franchise unit
- Monitor the effectiveness of consulting services through results analysis
- Coordinate and carry out brand promotion activities
- Contribute to the satisfaction of franchisees, students, and parents by coordinating and participating in events
- Prepare and issue reports to keep support departments and the direct supervisor up to date
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed university degree
- English proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Experience with franchising, business, commercial operations, and/or consulting
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Willingness and availability to travel
- Reside in Rio de Janeiro and/or the metropolitan area
- Alignment with the education sector and the company’s method and philosophy
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Experience driving on highways
