About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the La Paz and El Alto region in Bolivia
- Strengthen unit management with a focus on results, consultative support, and franchisee development
- Drive the use of Kumon technology and tools
- Adapt the approach to each franchisee’s profile and ensure the correct application of the Kumon Method
- Promote the development of franchisees and units
- Plan and deliver training based on franchisees’ needs
- Prepare for visits by considering each unit’s data, results, and specific characteristics
- Prepare visit reports
- Develop follow-up and development plans for each unit
- Keep support departments and senior management up to date through detailed reports
- Coordinate and implement plans to promote the Kumon brand
- Use information and performance indicators to guide actions and monitor unit progress
- Coordinate and present regional and general meetings with franchisees
- Support meetings with students’ parents and brand-strengthening events
- Lead discussions on unit results, opportunities, and development strategies
- Provide tailored consulting services to franchised units
- Monitor the effectiveness of consulting services through results analysis
- Manage and analyze unit success data and performance indicators
- Contribute to the satisfaction of franchisees, students, and parents
- Build close, trusting relationships with instructors
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Fluent Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate-level Excel skills
- Experience in franchising, business, commercial operations, and/or consulting
- Experience in education is a plus
- Experience with social media and technology in general
- Willingness to travel
- Residence in São Paulo or the metropolitan area
- Alignment with education, the company’s method, and its philosophy
