About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Visit franchised units, adapting the approach to ensure the correct application of the Kumon Method and the development of franchisees and their units
- Coordinate and deliver presentations at regional and general meetings with franchisees
- Support meetings with students’ parents
- Coordinate and deliver specialized training for franchisees
- Provide consulting services based on the profile and needs of each franchised unit
- Monitor the effectiveness of consulting services through results analysis
- Coordinate and carry out brand promotion activities
- Contribute to the satisfaction of franchisees, students, and parents by coordinating and participating in events
- Prepare and issue reports to maintain information for support departments and the direct manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- English proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate-level Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Experience with franchises, business operations, commercial operations, and/or consulting
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Availability to travel
- Reside in the Federal District, Belém, or Goiânia
- Alignment with the education field and the company’s method and philosophy
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Experience driving on highways
