About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Visit franchised units, adapting the approach to ensure the correct application of the Kumon Method and the development of the franchisee and unit
Coordinate and deliver presentations at regional and general meetings with franchisees, and provide support for meetings with students’ parents
Coordinate and deliver specialized training for franchisees
Provide consulting based on the profile and needs of each franchised unit, monitoring its effectiveness through results analysis
Coordinate and carry out brand promotion activities
Contribute to the satisfaction of franchisees, students, and parents by coordinating and participating in events
Prepare and issue reports to keep support departments and the direct manager up to date

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree
English proficiency is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate-level Excel
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Experience in franchising, business, commercial operations, and/or consulting
Experience in the education sector is a plus
Availability to travel
Reside in Belo Horizonte and/or the metropolitan area
Alignment with the education sector, the Kumon Method, and the company’s philosophy
Valid driver’s license and highway driving experience
