About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Visit franchised units, adapting the approach to ensure the correct application of the Kumon Method and the development of franchisees and their units
- Coordinate and deliver regional and general meeting presentations for franchisees, and support meetings with students’ parents
- Coordinate and deliver specialized training for franchisees
- Provide consulting based on the profile and needs of each franchised unit, monitoring effectiveness through results analysis
- Coordinate and carry out brand promotion activities
- Contribute to the satisfaction of franchisees, students, and parents by coordinating and participating in events
- Help maintain information for support departments and the direct manager by preparing and issuing reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed bachelor’s degree
- English proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate-level Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
- Experience with franchising, business operations, commercial operations, and/or consulting
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Willingness and availability to travel
- Reside in Belo Horizonte and/or the metropolitan area
- Alignment with the education sector and the company’s method and philosophy
- Valid Category B driver’s license and experience driving on highways
