About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a portfolio of projects from initiation to closure
Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define scope, build project plans, manage resources, and reduce risk across KVG's global operations
Coordinate cross-discipline team members on requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and resolve execution issues
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time
Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project information
Build and run project communication plans
Manage change requests and assess their impact on timelines and budgets
Coordinate user manuals, training materials, and other implementation and handover documentation
Identify new client opportunities to expand project scope and build long-term relationships
Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables and manage customer satisfaction
Run post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improvement areas
Guide and mentor junior project team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
4–5 years of experience in project management or a related field
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Professional written and spoken English, which is KVG's working language
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience working in a cross-cultural or international environment preferred
Experience with government contracts preferred
