Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree or PhD in Biology, Agriscience or a related discipline relevant to this area of responsibility
  • Great interest, creativity and initiative in developing innovative technologies
  • Experience in plant cell cultures and haploid induction via methods of androgenesis and/or gynogenesis
  • Basic knowledge in molecular plant biology
  • Experience in donor plant growth under greenhouse conditions is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team for collaborative success
  • Demonstrated ability to directly contribute solutions and innovation to overcome obstacles
  • Good communication skills with internal team members and external partners
  • Ability to communicate and write clearly, concisely and accurately in English
  • Basic German knowledge is advantageous
