About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support end-to-end coordination of learning initiatives and development programs
- Schedule sessions across multiple time zones and manage calendar setup
- Prepare talent management and program activities
- Coordinate logistics for virtual sessions, including links, tools, materials, and setup
- Support planning and execution of on-site events, including venues, materials, and participant communication
- Create and update presentations, one-pagers, newsletters, and other learning initiative materials
- Prepare process and activity materials for stakeholders and establish communication channels
- Support coordination of recruitment-related activities
- Assist with yearly onboarding activities and training weeks
- Support rotation and performance tracking, documentation, and program follow-ups
- Track participation, attendance, engagement, and feedback across programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student
- Available to work 20 hours per week
- Confident and professional spoken and written English
- Flexible and reliable, with a learning mindset, empathic communication skills, adaptability, and intercultural curiosity
- Structured and reliable way of working with strong attention to detail
- Enjoy organizing and coordinating operational activities
- Take ownership of tasks and follow through until completion
- Comfortable managing multiple operational topics in parallel
- Strong interest in digital tools used in a corporate environment
- Very familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Previous experience with coordination, administrative tasks, or event support is ideal
