About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the executive management team in day-to-day operations and in contract logistics projects
  • Support on-site project activities, including coordination with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations to support decision-making processes
  • Analyze project progress and compile relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and project-related discussions, including across locations
  • Manage the company vehicle pool
  • Plan and organize internal and external events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree, ideally in business administration, logistics, business studies, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
  • Interest in project management, logistics, and business-related contexts
  • Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or student projects is an advantage but not required
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Structured, independent approach to work and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with a variety of contacts
  • Class B driving license is an advantage
