About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Train and support the team leads for each department, helping them continuously develop their skills.
- Analyze key performance indicators (revenue, sell-through rate, unsold inventory) and recommend concrete actions to maximize results.
- Propose strategic and innovative initiatives to optimize department performance and increase revenue.
- Support the franchise operator in activating growth drivers and training department leads.
- Produce reliable, structured reporting to ensure a clear and relevant overview of business activity.
- Drive and optimize the performance of the strategic textile, grocery, and general merchandise departments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic projects.
- Excellent analytical and summarization skills.
- An innovative mindset and the ability to challenge existing practices.
- A desire to co-create solutions and play a central role in strategic decision-making.
- Daily travel and overnight stays during the week are required.
- This position is offered under the status of a co-managing partner with employee-equivalent status.
