About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage strategic and cross-functional projects from structuring the initial question through planning, implementation and follow-up
  • Analyze complex business, organizational and operational topics and develop clear recommendations and decision-making materials
  • Prepare management decisions, presentations, briefings and other materials for the executive team and senior leadership
  • Coordinate teams, stakeholders and external partners across different functions and locations
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and risk assessments
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and growth and independently develop and implement appropriate initiatives
  • Track decisions, action items and project progress while identifying and resolving blockers at an early stage
  • Establish transparent reporting and communication structures for ongoing projects and cross-functional initiatives
  • Support strategic initiatives in business model development, organization, partnerships, platform, content and international collaboration
  • Work closely with the executive team, senior leadership and teams across Product, Tech, Content, Marketing, Finance and Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least five years of professional experience in management consulting, strategic project management, PMO, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations or a comparable role
  • Proven experience independently managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ability to quickly understand complex topics, analyze them in a structured way and translate them into clear recommendations and actionable measures
  • Experience preparing management decisions and creating compelling presentations, analyses and decision papers
  • Confident use of project management methods, planning and documentation tools
  • Consistent focus on objectives, priorities, timelines and responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Confident manner when working with executives, senior leaders, functional teams and external partners
  • A high degree of independence, a strong sense of ownership, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to create clarity and direction in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Confident and practical use of AI and digital tools; ability to demonstrate specific examples of improving quality, speed or decision-making
  • Strong interest in sports, media, entertainment, technology and immersive experiences
