About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare and organize general meetings of co-owners, including notices, meeting packs, and minutes
  • Monitor the implementation of decisions made at general meetings
  • Handle telephone calls and requests from co-owners
  • Monitor technical work and service providers
  • Process correspondence, emails, and administrative documents
  • Update files and databases
  • Serve as the link between co-owners, suppliers, and the property manager
  • Provide administrative support and manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of buildings in direct collaboration with a condominium property manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education or training in real estate, management, or administration
  • Previous experience in condominium property management or an administrative support role is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a service-oriented approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Position based in Brest at the head office: 6 rue de Bassam, 29200 Brest
  • 37.3 hours per week
