About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate and assist in preparing financial data and analytics for the Annual Report and SEC 10Q and 10K filings
Consolidate quarterly and annual schedules and prepare analysis for financial statement disclosures, including revenue disclosures
Review financial statement accounts by analyzing balances, researching variations, and ensuring accurate reporting
Provide management with value-add reporting, insights, and ad hoc analysis
Coordinate with Data Analytics teams to optimize resources, synchronize initiatives, and prevent duplicated work
Prepare ad hoc reporting and assist with special projects, including implementation of digital technologies such as analytics process automation, data visualization, and statistical analyses
Apply industry and functional knowledge to identify business drivers and issues
Develop dashboard solutions to support strategic and tactical business decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
Solid working knowledge of GAAP
Ability to analyze financial reports for accuracy and reasonableness
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Prior public accounting experience, preferably Big Four
Experience in percentage of completion Accounting
Prior experience and knowledge of revenue recognition accounting methods
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally and at all levels within the organization
Proficiency in understanding financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills
Experience with Digital Finance tools (Alteryx, Python, PowerPlatform)
