- Recruit engineering talent across electrical, mechanical, optical, software, and systems engineering

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years experience in your field
- An additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
- Senior-level roles require 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, requiring US Citizenship and a detailed background investigation
- Relevant experience within aerospace, defense, or technology industries
- Candidates must currently reside in the Fort Wayne area or be willing and able to relocate within 3 months
- Not intended for recent or new college graduates
